Some people who've read about me have been asking about Astral projection and OBE - out of Body experiences. So, I'm going to talk about these briefly over the next few days.
I'll start by sharing with you several definitions of ASTRAL PROJECTION that you can find if you search on Google.
In the meantime, I'd like to find out if anyone has had any experiences with astral projection at any time and/or is willing to comment on these definitions to help out those who are looking to learn more...?
What IS Astral Projection?
- The intentional act of having the spirit leave the body, whereas an out-of-body experience will happen involuntarily. (See out of body experience).

I think that its great that Lucid Dreaming has been mentioned on this website as well. I have been practicing Lucid dreaming for about 3 years, and it is an amazing experience. I am not at the level where I can just decide to do it prior to going to sleep at night. With my experiences I usually realize I am dreaming while actually dreaming. It is at that point that I assume controll of the dream. My dream recall has gotten a lot better as of late in addition. I also am capable of waking myself up out of any lucid dream at any time. I am not quite sure if my lucid dreaming can make me more able to learn remote viewing, but I thought it would be nice to share some thoughts either way.
ASTRAL PROJECTION IS NOT A LUCID DREAM, YOUR SPIRIT REALLY LEAVES YOUR BODY, YOU CAN HIT A DOORWAY OR PORTAL, AND WIND UP HALF WAY ACROSS THE GLOBE, SOMETIMES NOT ABLE TO FIND YOUR WAY BACK, LEAVING YOUR BODY IN A COMMA.ITS VERY DANGEROUS BUT A WILD EXPERIENCE,THE MOST ADVANCED
VERSION IS CALLED THE CHAIR WHICH CAN SCARE SOMEONE
STRAIGHT TO DEATH,ITS SOMETHING YOU WONT FIND AT GREAT ADVENTURE. A SUPERSONIC ASTRAL PROJECTION WITH HIGH SPEEDS AT AN INSTANT.AS FAST AS YOUR BRAIN TELLS YOU TO GO.WITHOUT THE CHAIR ASTRAL PROJECTION SEEMS TO GO THE SAME SPEED NOT THAT FAST.
AND FLYING IN SPACE WAS NEVER AN OPTION UNTIL THE CHAIR.
