I think that its great that Lucid Dreaming has been mentioned on this website as well. I have been practicing Lucid dreaming for about 3 years, and it is an amazing experience. I am not at the level where I can just decide to do it prior to going to sleep at night. With my experiences I usually realize I am dreaming while actually dreaming. It is at that point that I assume controll of the dream. My dream recall has gotten a lot better as of late in addition. I also am capable of waking myself up out of any lucid dream at any time. I am not quite sure if my lucid dreaming can make me more able to learn remote viewing, but I thought it would be nice to share some thoughts either way.
