Another question: Can I be able to astral project within seconds after I have mastered it? If I wanted to escape, could I just astral project as soon as I tell myself to?

I have a question. What happens (what would happen if) someone wakes (or tries to wake) you up when you are in the astral state? If I were astral projecting and my friend tried to wake me up, would I jump back into my body? Would I not know? Would I be able to hear it and ignore it? What will happen?

This info is very interesting. That Egyptian thing about people sleeping with their souls hovering above them is especially interesting. I had out of body experiences when I was a child. I would wake up from a dream to find myself facing the ceiling only inches away. I would drift down to my bed. It felt like I was being lowered into my body. After that I’d feel a strange pulsating sensation throughout my body. This happened almost every night over a short period of time. I know those experiences weren’t dreams. I told a friend of mine about them and he said that his sister had described experiencing the same thing. I’ve heard of many similar accounts. That is why I’m interested in astral projection and would like to learn how to do it.

People who are just finding out about Astral Projection will gain some good insite through your posts.
I have been able to astral project and lucid dream for about 10 years on and off.
At first it was scary, but now I love to do it as it makes me feel more real and in control.
