Hi,
I would like to share with you an experience that occurred to me when I was only sixteen months old. Whoa, is this for real? I assure you that this experience was real please let me explain. I have a vivid memory of what may have caused it. As a toddler I had climbed from a chair onto the dinning room table and sucked on the spout of a freshly made tea pot, you can imagine the shock pain that it caused.
Fortunately there was a hospital literally around the corner from where I lived to which I was obviously rushed to of which I have no memory off. However the memory I do have is that I found myself in complete darkness except for the fact that it was as if I was looking at a small black and white TV screen seeing my physical self screaming and struggling, although I could hear no sound and I was being passed from one lady to another. During this time I was totally detached by which I mean I seemed to be devoid of any emotional attachments, it was as if I was just a curious bystander, I was aware that I had no body and that I was just seeing {watching} the scene in front of me. Then I remember nothing more as the scene disappeared.
At the age of eighteen months I was adopted and I suppose it might have been around that time that the memory of that incident kicked in and stayed with me for the rest of my life which has been quite vivid for most of it. However, here comes the twist, I found my blood mother in my early twenties and told her about the scenario thinking that it was to do with my adoption being given away to a strange lady and having that inner sense of knowing, she wasn't my mum. But no, the only time I had kicked and screamed and carried on like a pork chop was when I swallowed the boiling water from the kettle and it was my foster mother too be, who I was quite compatible with, who was actually handing me over to a nurse.
The reason I have written this is, I heard an interview you gave stating about us being light but not of the physical sense, and my experience was such that there was no light except that which I saw as a TV screen, everything else around me was black, not ominously black, just black no sense of anything else except the picture before me? By the way this happened in August {approx}1941 at that time we didn't have TV, the war was on in England and I wouldn't have known anything about a movie screen until I was probably about eight or nine yrs old. I am now sixty eight, I still have the memory but it isn't as vivid and clear cut as it used to be.
I would like to know your impression of this incident. As a matter of detached interest I was fostered to a Catholic family and did the Sunday school bit, never once did I ever believe the religious teachings or stories as my gut kept telling me they weren't true, needless to say I kept getting into more trouble than Billy the Kid.

Thanks for such interesting stuff. I have downloaded and listened to the Theta stuff a couple of times but am afraid that I have not been conscious for much of it! Is this usual and have you any tips for me to stay aware please?
Also, I am interested in the four brainwave states that are always mentioned and am especially excited by the fact that it is possible to enter Delta and still be aware. I have Fibromyalgia and one of the problems I have is getting enough Delta type sleep. However, I have been hearing about Gamma brainwaves. My understanding is that these Gamma brainwaves are even better for manifesting, remote viewing etc. etc. but are in fact faster than even Beta. Do you or Gerald know anything about Gamma brainwaves, how they work, why if they are faster are they considered to be even more effective than Delta? And anything else you are able to tell me please!

I have heard in one of your interviews that past, present and future are happening simultaneously; that time is not linear. if that's the case, wouldn't it seem like all time is created @ once and actually there is no possibility for improvement? that everything was created @ once and we only have the illusion of progress in time while in reality there is none?

1) I can do a few things like predicting drawn picture etc. naturally .But I dont practice or develop it because evrytime a type of guilt shows up.Could please throw somelight on the matter.
2)I watched the movie " man who stares at goats".In it was the concept of roaming the world with remote viewing anytime anywhere.The theme suggested it "the force neede was truly strong".Is this possible with the same precision as show in movie or even better .

What is the differrences of Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta ? (2) How we can find out of these stages ? (3) What is the impartant of each one ?
The four main states of Brainwaves as explained by Gerald O'Donnell are as follows:
Beta: Totally awake, high concentration, above 14Hz, typically 20Hz.
Alpha: Single focus, more relaxed, hyper aware, between 7 and 14Hz.
Theta: Interface to Universal Mind, no Time/Space, RV, between 4 and 7Hz.
Delta: Loss of differentiated Self, usually obtainable only during deep Sleep/Coma, less than 4Hz.
There are specific frequencies within each range where certain affects occur (or vica versa), but this knowledge is normally kept secret by Companies that produce BrainWave Entrainment audios.

I have listened to several audio clips of yours, from theta state to your interviews. Shockingly enough, I was able to understand your theories and this is not my question. There is nothing I would like more than to be able to relax and reach these states, but I have a problem I'm sure is not uncommon. My mind wanders. I can't seem to focus how I would like as far as meditation is concerned and I was wondering if you had any insight or tips on how to help focus the mind in order to reach these states better. A couple of things:
After downloading the free session, and trying it a few times, I have felt no effect (yet).
I wondered what proportion of RV/RI Course buyers report success, and whether this is related to how easily one can be hypnotized (or not). I would really be interested in buying the joint course, but only if I was sure it would work for me.
Secondly, any more information Gerald feels able to release about 2012 changes would be most welcome and of great common interest (to those who can't find out for themselves).
I used to go into deep theta before I go to sleep every night listening to different sound tracks. Now I only use Geralds voice as it seems to transport me away very easy. I have to ask this one burning question:
I seem to be in a body of light when I go into theta, I literaly feel like it. However, there is always one very particular moment when I loose all my awareness and just fall into what feels like unconcious. I have tried to avoid it and stay aware, but I can not manage! Can you please tell me if there are people which can not do it, or if this is a state that does happen when you go into delta? I have done it about 1 year now, feel incredibly relaxed all the time and very centered.

Question from India : Patanjali in his "Yoga Sutras " had mentioned before BC the principles, methods, and practice of "Divya Drushti" (remote viewing). His procedure was through intense practice of Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Your procedure seems much more easier and practical.
I have learnt Rainbow Reiki Body of Light / Instructors level from Walter Lubeck of Germany, and also Sylvia Mind Control techniques ( which work at the Alfa level), I have also done TM and TM Siddhi of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Is it possible to integrate all that I learnt with your Remote Viewing methods?

Question: Gerald, when I was younger I could sometimes sense when things were going to happen. I would get these feelings and speak it to whom I was around and it would happen. I used to get feelings when I would go some where like I had a raffle ticket I knew I was going to win... and I did. This was 15 years ago, now that Im older and realize what I had I been trying to search inside my self. I just started doing your Theta exercise and Im feeling more positive about my self. First, I would like to thank you Michael for your wonderful interviews with Gerald. I listen to them over and over again. I purchased the RV and RI course a year ago and find it is above and beyond ANY other course I have been blessed to purchase. I would like for you to ask Mr. O'Donnel a question...why is it when I approach Delta my body twitches, jumps, flinches...to the point that I almost convulse. Needless to say it's a bit distracting. After about 30 to 40 spaz attacks I usually return to Beta. This has occured about a dozen times. I would appreciate any insight to get beyond this stage and what causes this. I'd like to put in another vote for you to ask Gerald about gamma waves and gamma meditation. It seems the waves are so fractal and related to each other, almost like octaves in musical notes. Is there a particular "slow" brainwave the gamma waves are related to? Any information about the gamma state in general and as it relates to RV/RI specifically would be great to hear. Thank you!
Dear Gerald, I love your RV and RI package, and have had very interesting results. I would like to ask you about the importance of knowing the difference between ego and higher self. When some one is having trouble remote influencing the future, could it be that the desired results are of ego are not in agreement of the higher self? I ask this because I have had success with your program in a way that was so subtle that i didn't realize it was working. I kept getting frustrated because life wasn't working out THE WAY I WANTED! And then...BAM...I woke up one day and realized I had what i originally desired. I guess a better question would be: When people aren't getting what they want from your program, is it because they don't really know what they want?

i NEVER STOP WALKING. At night I sleep walk now every night. Several empaths said I am one and try and bring back where I walked while sleeping. I have been to a sleep clinic, Drs and no one can help me. Yes at times have fell needing stitches, staples you name it. I would appreciate any thoughts or help. Just a few nights of not walking.
