The STARGATE pro­gram worked for US local law enforcement.

For over 20 years, the Cog­ni­tive Sci­ences Lab­o­ra­tory has been the cen­ter for government-sponsored para­psy­chol­ogy research in sup­port of its intel­li­gence pro­gram most recently known as STAR GATE.

The video shows a Remote View­ing (RV) ses­sion done in a TV pro­gram using a sci­en­tific protocol.

We are first intro­duced to a man who has had a near death expe­ri­ence (NDE) in his life, after which he started to pos­sess very strong ESP abil­i­ties, includ­ing occa­sional telepa­thy and remote view­ing capabilities.

The pro­duc­ers of the pro­gram put the man to a test using a sci­en­tific pro­to­col used in the research of the Remote View­ing. The results were spectacular.
