Michael,
I’m a little confused about what we are supposed to be commenting on. I have only watched video 1 and now I notice there are 13 of them. I am going to presume that they follow Ingo’s experiences projecting, and painting along as he ages. I’m not sure watching the rest, although interesting, will illuminate much for me.
I am getting/presuming/assuming that the bottom line here may be–is astral projection real? Well, if energy is what everything is made of, then why would it not be possible to transform it, even if it’s you, into something or somewhere else? I’ll use ‘matrix’ as a word to explain the whole (wish we had a more precise vocabulary) and say that with the right formula/map/comprehension all kinds of amazing/ mind-blowing/unreal (to us now) doings and accomplishments are possible. I am not a scientist (although I find myself reading quantum physics lately) but I think I remember from basic science classes that if thus and so is possible then it follows that this, this and this are also possible? And that is science’s job, to prove or disprove? Now I’m probably sounding incomprehensible. Trying to express myself in unfamiliar language on unfamiliar territory. Ok, I’ll make it a ‘believe’ statement. I believe that yes, everything is made of energy and yes, it follows that manipulating energy is possible and that includes manipulating ourselves across time and space. How’s that???

I would like to add my comment on Out Of Body Experience to state the fact that it is true. I have had the privellege to experience this. I came home from work one night. I was severely exhausted. I took my shower like usual before climbing into bed but instead I passed out on the couch. As I started drifting to sleep I felt my feet start to rise. Think I might have been being messed with I woke up to see who was lifting my feet. No one was there. I decided it to be in my head cause of how tired I was and went back to sleep. Again I felt my feet start to rise and then my legs to where I felt I was in a teeter totter position. I started to wake up and I my feet and leggs slowly started to come back down. When I decide I had enough I left myself sleep to see what would happen and sure enough I felt my entire being rise towards the ceiling. I opened my eyes and I could see my body resting in the position I had been laying in when I went to sleep. I looked around the room and everything was in its place and I could Identify everything and nothing was different. I looked at the clocks time and recorded it to memory. As I felt my self rise further, in a scared panic I tried to cry for help but only uttered a small sound from my mouth. Slowly but quickly I lowered back towards my self regaining my consciousness and as soon as my eyes opened I looked at the clock. The time was a minute ahead of what I read and I stayed up for an additional two hours with the help of caffine. I was scared but I tell you the events are true. yes and out of body experience can happen. unfortuneatly it never happened again but because the state of mind I was in when I laid down to sleep was different then usual, I believe cause the experience to happen. I guess read up some more and you will find answers to your questions.
I would actually like someone to email me about my experience as I am interested in learning what you think or if you can point me in the right direction. Firstly, I am not sick nor was I sick or tired when this experience happened. I was a simply a 13-year-old girl on her way to school. I had just got out of my mom’s car and I was on my way to school when I heard the bell ring. At that moment the last thing I remember “thinking” is that I had to hurry up. But, that’s when the strangest thing happened. All of a sudden I felt discombobulated, like no mental or physical sense about me, almost nonexistent as if I were some sort of zombie (not the peaceful feeling some people claim). However, a thought in my head told me I should run and I ran right out of my body. And, I ran effortlessly, like on air until I noticed something was odd, not wrong, just odd. I was oompletely comptent in my state of running but something (and I have no idea what it was) told me to stop and look back. When I looked back, my body…which was about 20 steps behind me, was stillllll walking to school. I realized, at that point, that my body was behind me (didn’t freak me out) and I decided to wait for it as I would probaby need it! As it got closer, something pulled me back into it and I felt normal again, complete and alert, all in one. Of course, after that experience, I thought about it all day and have always wondered what that was all about. I still remember it like it was yesterday. I don’t really have an interest in astral travel but this experience made me believe that conscousness can and will separate from the body. Again, while I watched my body walk towards me, I knew that wasn’t right, but it didn’t feel abnormal because I was in a consious state. I was seeing the world not through the eyes of my body, but through the eyes of my consciousness (my body wasn’t watching me, I was watching it). Anyways, I’ve always wanted to hear somebody’s opinion of that experience. Thank you.
I’ve been a remote viewing enthusiast who has been blogging about this field for the last 2 years. More recently I’ve had the opportunity to personally meet and interview many of the leaders in this field including Ed Dames and Gerald O’Donnell. I share my stories, my interviews and interesting articles I’ve found on remote viewing here on this blog. Enjoy Reading. More About Me Here
