Just listened to the audio. Made me remember a study i read somewhere.
They put 200 people in a room with access to 200 joysticks connected to a flight simulator.
They all watched the same screen and had to land a 747 jumbo jet.
None of them knew how to land a 747, let alone land one.
But the average of the movements of the 200 persons made the plane land.
I believe that is a good metaphor for the MATRIX.
A sum of not knowing what to do that can land a big plane they don't know how to fly.

This may bring everyone down, but there are thoughts behind feelings. If we deal with the thoughts, we can correct them rather than just try to stuff them.
Another tool I use is to drop negative words. I find that is easier than dropping negative thoughts. After a few days or weeks, that gives me the strength to look at the thoughts behind the negative feelings and change them to rational feelings.
After doing that for a while, I had my deepest depression, but when I stood up 3 minutes later, my subconscious totally handled it in about 2 minutes. One more round of that a week or so later, and I could see that the depression was based on false and foolish assumptions that we don't know we have. A fear can be false and so can any emotion. Neat. And that was about 3 years ago. Now I can go anywhere I want, emotionally, not to mention being able to handle negatives as well as positives, and a slew of other benefits came with it, permanently.
We can even be too positive. When we are the, pineal gland causes the production of DMT. And endorphins are in the same family with morphine and you seem be able to activate all that stuff. Accurate descriptions of things using very accurate words, get to truth real well also. Judgmental words aren't accurate descriptions, but are often reactive opinion words and phrases.
I only bring all this up because, if you put those tools together, it can be awesome. I guess I should add that knowledge and intuiton also seem necessary. Intuition helps get into the right hemisphere and whole brain thinking. Those are some good tools to have, a lot like packing a suitcase before you go anywhere.

I never thought in my lifetime, that the world would be told of the Theta and Delta mind control programs that were in place during the Viet Nam conflict in the 70's. I am a product of those programs. I remember most of my time in the services of those who taught us how to control our Theta minds and of how to seek and remember all that we experienced during the many 'missions' we embarked on. We were given our mission instructions while in ' Delta' or what our superiors referred to as 'Hypnotic' trances. After we completed each mission, we would 'de-brief' after putting ourselves into a 'Theta' conscious state. What you offer the public at large is a glimpse into a world that many can never understand and probably never comprehend even with the training you offer. The matrix does exist....anyone with a rational thought in their head cannot refute that truth. In my unit that i was in, we were given training as communications specialist, or what we referred to as 'meat puppets' . In close to 20 years of mostly volunteer service i recall even now wondering why we were constantly 'training'; usually 12 to 16 weeks a year we were in some foreign land in a top secret location doing some intensive 'headphone' training. I applaud your convictions and your 'guts' to go 'where no man has gone before'.

There is a monetary cost for your information which the world needs, NOW! Most people cannot afford it. You have chosen to discover the truth and spread it. How can you do that? Expand the message beyond personal material benefits? One, use your advanced knowledge to discover and attract ideas how to do it. You already know the answer. Most people are suspicious of free gifts. If they pay for something, they value it more. Money is not the only way to pay for knowledge.

Hi, my name is Julia and here is my story about my synchronicity. Some 43 years ago I married a man from Ecuador, South America. Because he did not know if he was going to continue his life here in the states or return to his life in Ecuador, he asked me, prior to our marriage, to go to Ecuador to see if I might be able to live there. I went and while there was taken to the top of a small mountain called Panicillo to see the statue of the Virgin Mary, who watches over the capital city. Upon my arrival on this mountain top I felt as if I had come home. I felt a calm and peacefulness over my entire body. It was my youngest son's birthday and we were having it at a pizza place as well. My oldest son had died 3 years ago. He drowned in the lake behind my house. But when I pulled up to the pizza place. He was standing by the door. With his big smile. I heard his voice say "mommy" but I didn't see his lips move. I think he was telling me he is still alright. you seeing your son was neither a ghost nor a vision, it was your son. If your wondering what the hell Im trying to tell you, it is this. And before I continue Id like to add, Im a normal person, I live in Nl, Canada, I do not believe in most of this mumbo jumbo, However, it is a proven fact that time is not the way we percieve it to be, therfore, it was your son, because you see, the things which have happened in the past are actually happening now and in the future, thats pretty hard to understand, I gave up trying to understand it and just simply accept it, sometimes time accidently crosses over each other and things which have already happened get stuck in our time for a fraction of time, then its gone again, thats hwy all of these "ghost apearances " only last seconds, then they catch up with their own time and they are gone again.

I took the exit from Central Expressway onto the frontage road making a left, where upon I noticed three gentlemen look up and scan me as I slow down before going by one is in dungarees and a red blazer and beard with a mustash and another glasses middleaged and appeared to be middle aged and on a short break leaning against a steel hand rail of a descending sloped enterrance for an electric wheelchair accessable enterance to the entrance of a hatchway of what looked to be a room consisting of possibly an elevator. It was painted a burnt flat orange paint with near a fense in possibly Mountainview,California, not far from the Blue Cube. I never took or found that exit ever again but their was some sinister feeling about that non-contact in the early 1980s. I was driving a late seventys tan diesel Puegeot. Today i wonder if it was Targg and two of his protegesd trying to scan one of the cryogenic mummies on the third floor west elevator door!

I'm new to this site, but not to Psychic experience. My paternal grandfather was a 'Physical Medium' and held seances at his home where Spirits were temporarily made 'solid' enough to shake hands and talk with sitters. I have had vivid visions since my twenties. I helped locate a missing woman in 1985 when, in a Developing Circle, we received a call for help from a neighbor. Holding a personal item, I could clearly see and feel a thick, stone wall, and smell water. I saw a nameplate "-------- Wharf", (I forget name now), and steps leading down to the River Thames. I felt confused and cold and very depressed, and was thinking: "should I jump in?" This lady, suffering dementia, was found same evening and taken to hospital to recover from exposure. It was said she would not have lasted another night.
This Remote Viewing ability, once intermittent, is now developing nicely. I located a missing child in Bavaria, but sadly too late to save her. This still awaits official confirmation due to European police protocol. The German Authorities want an 'Official Request' from British or Portuguese Police before they will dig.

Eye opening indeed! I've heard of similar explanations of reality before, but somehow I haven't heard of the "matrix concept." I like the analogy. There was a lot of info in here that was hard to wrap my mind around the first time through, so I had to read it over a couple of times. Time n time again is the question from those who are in the other side know little of it's uses, TIME, it does rob the life of its completion of soul. To tell the truth, I'am speechless. The Shawshank Redemption is phenomenal. I am a young movie fanatic, as a matter of fact, this film appeared the same yearI was born, and consequently I am to a greater extent used to movies with fabulous special effects, edge-of-your-seat action, et cetera. This movie has no of that, and even, it really much . The way Frank Darabont uses the narration of Red to drive on the story, the excellent the soundtrack applied (note the harmonica used merely before Red finding the letter at the end). The whole film, from start to closing, from actions to sound, is a lighthouse of hope, judgment, and redemption. The cast is perfect, Morgan Freeman(Red) in reality brings about a fresh feel to the movie, and that's precisely what the movie is, what a film should be. Really recommended for each and everyone.
i have a feel years working in my spiritual awarness, i been in so many religions,but my interior keapt feeling empty, in tell one day i discover the spark of god in my interior, my hearth i felt so happy to find out god is in all of as is within, so i enjoy the ones, so i been learning a lot, now i can travel distances with out my body, been fully awake, when i look at the sky at night, i have this feeling of geting so close to the stars it seems like flying is something hard to explain you need to experience this to understand is somethig increible. but i experience this after knowing the we are not seperated from anything the we are all one, this is only one of my experiences IN THE FUTURE YES I WILL LIKE JOIN, LIGHT AND LOVE

It's been a lonely life for me . I was aware of my gifts at the age of three but didn't understand what I was to do with this gift. I talked openly and freely at a young age and was persicuted by those not of the know. I never stop walking. At night I sleepwalk and and empaths have told me I am one. I have been to a sleep clinic, Drs and no one can help. They said during the night try and bring back where I was. I have taken a remote viewing course and read a book to no avail on being able to do it my dream. I am a medium but still cannot do remote viewing. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
