How To Have An Astral Projection And Travel To Another World?

I often get questions about Astral Projection and Astral Travel. Using Remote Viewing — many people report having out of body experiences. Readers often want to know a simple way to have an Astral Projection, without needing to practice Remote Viewing for months. I was doing some research and came across a video with some instructions on how to have an Astral Projection. I tried this method before going to sleep last night, and I did experience some sensation. I’m going to follow it up the next few nights and see if it is as simple as what some sources claim.

For now, enjoy the video below which explains Astral Projection and Astral Travel simply. I’ve included some suggested instructions on how to have these experiences below the video.

Find an object which you can focus on. A crystal ball, or doll, or something familiar — try to avoid anything burning or flickering such as a candle.

Place the object within your view and lie down in your bed. Just stare at the object as you doze off. The first few times may be frustrating. You may just fall asleep and that’s it. But after a few tries, this worked for me.

Keep staring at the object. As your eyelids become heavy, keep staring. Eventually your eyes will close, but you will still be able to see the object. You will still be staring at the object. Sit up or stand up, and don’t be surprised to see your physical body sleeping peacefully in your bed!

Let me know what you experienced!

I’v done astral travel several times but I still could not control my astral body. My astral body went somewhere out of my control and then my astral body came back to my phisical body again.

The few projections that I’ve had don’t last very long but one thing I’ve noticed is that taking a nap during the afternoon usually triggers a projection. I have difficulty moving about and getting out of my room. One new trick I tried a week ago was to use my astral hands to project force towards one direction in order to be pushed to the opposite direction.

Gerald O’Donnell’s remote-influencing course triggers profound experiences and soulful awakenings. I learned about it through your thought-provoking interview with him.

Anyone interested in astral travel would likely enjoy Robert Monroe’s books, including tips and exercises for OBEs and inter-dimensional travel also available through the Monroe Institute. Many sources of similar information exist. When the pupil is ready, teaches and materials magically appear.

I have never known of the experience of astral body and astral travel before but I am aware of many many experiences of what I have always understood and had described to me as déjà vu. Are these experiences interlinked?

    Hi there,

When I was eight years old, I stood outside our house and asked myself, “who am I and what am I doing here, and where do we come from??

I remember dreams at night of flying and a lot of wind around me. I would just be standing and would put my arms out straight and I would just lift off the ground and fly. The last dream of flying was in and out of lines that were interwoven and I became scared and that was the last time I had these dreams, I also had something supernatural slap me on my cheek as I was sleeping, I remember putting my hand to my cheek and rubbing it, it was a very strange experience for a child to go through .….

After all my research over the years trying to find answers, I have gathered that I had been astral traveling in my sleep.
