While Carrie Anne Moss spoke about how she was inspired to act in Suspect Zero because of remote viewing, Suspect Zero was actually first inspired by Major Ed Dames himself!
There’s even a character in the movie that is based on Ed Dames, played by Ben Kingsley. Tom Cruise, who co-produced the movie, actually wanted to play Ed, but had to give up the role cause he had to complete filming for The Last Samurai.

Since I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how Ed helped in the movie, I’m arranging an interview with him solely to focus on Suspect Zero.

Remote viewing can be a wonderful thing and, agreed, helpful in such things as apparently depicted in this movie. However, why is it promoted in such a sick, violent, morbid, worst nightmare type scenario? Why can’t the higher side be put up on the screen for all to see and experience, with beautiful references attached? Wasn’t it Ed Dames that left the military because he had other questions and places he wanted to “go” rather than just military stuff? Why can’t we see visuals for those references? Like looking at other planets? Checking out places before going? What’s in the pyramids? I guess these are not as emotionally stimulating as blood and guts. Which emotions are you trying to strengthen in people?
I love remote viewing, but I will not be seeing this ghastly, Friday the 13th type, dismembered, bleeding people, movie. I do not want those references in my “memory banks” to revisit, bidden or not. I’m sorry I even watched the trailer.

I if remote viewing is so accessible with study & practice why haven’t those who have mastered it not won every lottery consistently or warned all those involved in plane crashes, 9/11, etc. etc.?
If what is viewed is accurate, set in stone, that where does that leave the premise “you create your one reality?

I might be wrong, but I heard somewhere that there was mention in the movie of tinnitus as being an advantage in connection with remote viewing(?) If so I’d like to ask Ed if there was there any truth in it, and if so would he please explain. I ask because I suffer from tinnitus myself, and am curious.

Do you think we are in global crisis because of the Hidden Sublimenal Frequency through the media such as our TELEVISIONS. Is Ed aware of any specific frequencies broadcast out from the Television Programming and if so, What messages are being sent out. It’s called a PROGRAM for a reason. Re rented the movie the other day after discussing this site with my wife… Looking forward to the interview but the movie implied that these RVers were jacked into lucid dreams all the time unable to shut it off. A side affect that has made me quite leary of my persute of Remote Viewing even after a few favorable attemps. (movie or not)

My two questions are:
1.Is ‘remote viewing’ related to ‘quantum jumping’ ?
2.Is there a purpose to remote viewing and if there is does it serve any useful purpose?
The reason I ask these questions is because I know that the Bible describes that there were instances of romote viewing or ‘visions’ as they are called in the Bible (see Revelations and Ezekiel etc ). These accounts seems to have the purpose of warning of things to come.
Please ask Ed Dames reguarding the point of “anyone being able to perform remote viewing”. What if they have a disability such as being blind, learning disability, deaf, etc. Can they too learn? Especially being blind. Also Was the reason why Ed Dames was ask to make the movie a means to validate remote viewing for the public as being a viable skill and not just hollywood stunts?
Just wish to insert my answer quickly to a question of a previous poster. The future is like a lump of clay. If someone hands you a clay partially shaped in a bowl, and that person told you that it will be a bowl. You see that its going to be a bowl, but then you wish to change it and reshape it in to a cup and do so. It is no longer a bowl because you exerted your free will to modify that wich was to be, if you were to leave it alone and permit it to be completed as a bowl. The future is maluable information, what you do or don’t do with it is entirely you’re choice. If you found out what was to be and change it, that does not invalidate the previous outcome, it merely reinforces the fact that you trusted the information and chose to walk down a different path rather than the preordained one.
In tryng to make sence of all the items being talked about, one question came to mind.
the lord God is the most powerful there is, proberly could do anything required of him.
so my question is WHY?
( Why, for what purpose, to what end would your ” all that is” make all we have to date. The earth universe and all, epecially when it will be or might be destroyed in the near future.)
My question is: if “anyone” can do remote viewing (and I have no reasons to disbelieve remote viewing is legitimate) who ELSE can do it, besides Ed? Anyone? Michael, since you appear to be such an enthusiastic advocate, I would think certainly YOU can do it.
Though perhaps anyone is CAPABLE of accomplishing remote viewing, what is the practical likelihood of the common man doing it?
So, who out there can raise the odds? Anyone? (And I don’t mean hit-and-miss episodes — I mean who can truly achieve remote viewing when he or she wants to?)
Has Ed pursued information on the effect of the Consciousness movement? He has spoken about “prayer”. What does he consider prayer?

Was told by my Mom that I use to talk about someone-relative-friend-saying we hadn’t heard from them and we would and wala-the phone would ring or they would come by-don’t remember any of it!
I do remember as a pre-teen questioning in Suday School and the adult telling me that I was wrong to question and I remember thinking that he didn’t know the TRUTH, to keep quiet and research all my questions on my own or with those whom I had a positive gut feel about.
The night my Dad’s Mother was having a heart attach up the road at his brother’s house, I heard an ambulance in the distance going up the road and had the thought that that was for Grandmother-within minutes the phone rang and it was his brother,I picked up the phone and listened in and he said she was having a heartattack and going to the hospital.My next thought was that she was dying-and she did.
Interested in learning RV-have the tapes and am practicing and seem right on target.
Have noticed recently at work, that before I go in to see my patients, I pick up the chart,read my nurses intake note,and get a flash of something that’s a problem that the patient hasn’t mentioned-if nothing obviously physical is found, before I leave the room I ask is that all? and they will reveal the problem.
I would like to learn remote viewing to see more specific details about my own/family/friends/patients internal bodily health conditions that might not show up in blood work or diagnostic tests. On the other hand, I wouldn’t want to scare people-but that could be the utimate preventive health care.
Like Kristhiana,will not be seeing or promoting that movie with my energy-time-or money.
What type of meditation is practiced in order to gain remote viewing abilities. I am just about to finish Holosync meditation. I have been using Holosync for about 10 years, now and traditional tibetan buddhist meditation-breath for about 5 years.

Although I did not care for the blood and gore in “Suspect Zero”, I found the movie riveting. I feel that some of the RVers that watched it may now be reconsidering whether they really want to continue to pursue RV or not.I hope we will see more movies featuring RV & RI in the future.Something a little cheerier. Who came up with the idea for the movie “Suspect Zero” and how was Ed Dames involved beond tech advice? Was the main FBI character modeled after Ed somehow or just after the natural psychics who can RV without training? Many years ago I did a class in para-psychology at the Nassau Community college on Long Island NY. The professor told us, students, about your military experiment which was being manned by Ed Dames. She told us that they were looking for people who had the ability to leave their bobies and travel to distant places. They wanted to train these people to spy on our enemies in other countries. Please note, you had to have the natural ability to do so. My question is Why should the RV tapes that cost a pretty penny be bought by every or anyone, even without psychic ability. Once these lesson tapes are opened, they cannot be returned even if the buyer does not have the ability to learn the skill.

Just watched Suspect Zero last night. Its a very intense and well acted drama. We both enjoyed it and found the DVD extras very interesting. My question is WHY ED DAMES????? This movie’s extra are ALL about Paul H. Smith who actually has the director first time RV and he does a very credible RV session. Dames is in this all of 5 seconds??? Paul Smith seems to be far more involved with this movie than Dames and is the Star of the extras.
I recommend the movie, watch the extras and interviews, very good! But dont expect this to be an Ed Dames movie at all.…I want to hear more about Paul H. Smith, thank you kindly! JB
I too after watching the trailer have decided it is not the kind of movie I wish to see. I prefer movies that are uplifting or empowering and will definitely not see suspect zero. There are too many situations that mirror back into society what we see on tv and the movies. I am disappointed that a man of Mr. Dames calibre associates himself and his industry with such a low level, low vibration of energy. It seems there are too many other types of movies that could have been made with Mr. dames assistance to incorporate the use of remote viewing and what good can come of it.
