Well I didn't catch everything but I like the Happiness virus in the middle of this doom & gloom involving major crisis with water & food supplies because of disturbed agriculture and climate changes, expanded migration. The solutions are at hand nevertheless provided we accept to build new family structures based on surviving ecology and openness to share the more stable shelters to people not settled. A sort of exchange could be done with services on a community for shelter & food, like Findorn but wider scale & of course everyone should have a basic education on first aid,healing & spiritual awakening so the ego is more at distance. It is not time for competition, except in pragmatic ideas for community building & alternatives general ressources-I believe humankind carries in its dna the ability to make its own minimum necessary ressources (water/food) when we understand that the Subtle body is the one to care for, and High vibrations the tool-...But now is the time for soothing each other despite any difference, being humble & thankfull for every instant of life on Earth.
