I just found this really cool article in the India Daily, which says that India's version of the CIA has used Remote Viewing successfully to find out about remote viewing foreign intelligence activities within India.

Sources close to New Delhi report that RAW is using advanced satellite technologies and remote viewing techniques to look into foreign intelligence activities within India. Many times remote viewing has worked very well for the CIA and the Russian intelligence.
