There are a few misnomers in that article. I believe Andrew means time is not linear rather than not “temporal.” I believe he’s referring more to remote influencing rather than RV. Andrew is also alluding to the law of attraction:

When we change our mind patterns in an altered state of consciousness to attract that which we please, the ship goes both ways.

Let’s also remember that women are represented by their social circles. If you really want that woman in your life, you have to see yourself in her circle.
