Anyways, I continue receiving a TON of questions about the subject, and to be honest, I don't have answers for many of them. This is why I recommend you leave your questions for Gerald below instead.
He's the expert, not me to be honest.

I am going some pretty physical heartache due to a "love" relationship that ended. My choice. I am having a real hard time coping, is there any hope for me to get through this. I need something to get me through so that I can stop focusing on the loss and move forward. What should I do?
In a way we really haven't lost anything material, only exchanged dependence for independence. All our love is really inside and wisdom too. I find that my mind has a map of reality, much better than the notions we usually us and I had before accessing my deeper self through intuition and learning of Emotional Intelligence. There is some real good stuff out there, but stay away from anyone who makes it all confusing and or just intellectual idiots arguing.
EI is being taught in corporations and sports, and is found on job applications and in counseling, to name a few. If a person feels bad, it makes sense that Emotional Intelligence would be the subject to check out.
Cognitive Psychology brings out the point that there are thoughts behind feelings. If we analyze the thoughts and fix them, we fix the emotions, making them into a rational emotions. The truth is that no one can make you happy. You have to know how. We would only lean on them emotionally until they get tired of us. And we only pass on dependence to our children also. I also drop negative words and phrases. It seems easier than just dropping negative thoughts. Also it's good training for the subconscious. It uses that to get rid or your deepest depressions automatically, after a while, and then it's easier to correct the thoughts behind emotions objectively.
I you can't make yourself happy, then no one else can for long.
Oh yeah, and, "Know the truth, and the truth will set you free." The truth is, intuition will answer all your questions, if you ask it, and guide your life. You also access all the love and compassion, inside, that you can ever use. Love yourself, that's all you really have anyway and not that for long. Too, you have to get in touch with your higher power inside, if you want a really permanent relationship. I had to add that because I find it true and can't leave you on a down note.

What is the most important thing we can do at this time now to stay in high light/vibration? How can we get to the new matrix?
Gerald, when I had my consciousness elevated up out of the Matrix, I experienced two strong forces as though they were battling for my soul (consciousness.)Is there any way you could explain that to me or expand on it for me?

Since reading the interview with the 'insider' (see url link) as well as 'Autobiography of a Yogi' and 'Anastasia and the Ringing Cedars' I am quite convinced that remote viewing and influencing has been a REAL contender in our world for quite some time now. Could you comment on how best to unite our efforts in affecting and effecting positive change towards global agape and acceptance? Can we help jump start the re-unification process without spending more than our purest intentions?
To what extent are we as individuals able to retake control of our own lives in light of the wider world chaos. I am refering to the fact that everyday things seem to be becoming ever more regulated and controlled by authority.
Your whole mind has been making a map or reality since you were born and even in the womb. You have an internal guide that makes us look like idiots. Access it. We are sitting on an elephant, the subconscious. Guess who's stronger. It does amazing calculations. Having such a calculator, it's wise to use it or we suffer. Such as it is, I have everything on my website for free, although I think I've said most of it all here.

Hi Gerald. Major Ed Dames says he has Remote Viewed the Koreans setting off a nuclear bomb in the relatively (?) near future. Have you also seen this event, or others like it, and could we humans "think" it otherwise, and thus cause it to NOT happen by so doing??

I have been contacted as a child by an UFO. I know they were downloading information into my mind. This went on for several days and I was very content and peaceful with it.
In the past few months, my IQ went from 118 to 144 tested as I knew something was going on. I long for contact again with a peaceful alien. I feel they have a lot of knowledge we need and can use.
I'm aware that there are coexisting timelines and alterations of time and space. I've experienced it but it wasn't through remote viewing. I am relatively new to the study of the mind and using it to improve my life. I have heard that the Silva Life home study course takes 3 months of daily practice before any changes are seen. My wants are not outrageous: health, happiness, enough money for my needs and some of my wants. How long after I complete your Remote Viewing course will I see any changes in my life? Also I am only of average intelligence and a slow learner, so is it better to do another less complex course like Silva Life first or does your course start simply enough I could grasp it?

I've gone through the entire course 3 times now and still don't know all that's on the tapes because I keep falling to sleep - even when I'm not tired to start. The only way to hear the tapes for me has been to not participate in it. I'm thinking that this course may not be the straightest route for me to take to the final goal. Any suggestions?

The one must be with yourself first, all energies must belong to you. There is nothing wrong with wanting to have a peaceful person in your life but the challenge will be if you are happy now during or after this person. Sometimes we create the image we want from the universe into another without knowing why

Have you heard of the book Gaia Project 2012 by Hwee-Yong Jang? This book says the Gaia Project (Earth) is in its final stages called the Great Change and the planet will ascend to be a 5'th dimentional planet and the material world is being shut down and will return to an etheric state by 2012, the end date for the project which began 30 million years ago. Do you believe something big will happen in Dec 2012?
Like others, I tend to fall asleep during the RV/RI CDs - mostly due to the fact that I can only get to these after work. How do I make any progress, and what should I do to make a breakthrough?
To Emma: I'm more than halfway through the combo course and cannot remember all that has happened in the cd's either. *However*, I have noticed marked changes in my intuition and ability to create during this time. The fact that your conscious mind "checks out" during the deep theta and delta levels does not mean that you are not absorbing the material or making progress. Remember that the waking part of the mind is the least effective of all, hence the course's taking us much deeper. Your subconscious is absorbing ALL of it even if you can't realize it consciously.
In order to see if the course is having its effect, take note of different areas of your life and look to notice any changes since you began the training, particularly in your choice-making ability and your ability (and lack of fear) to approach what you want. It is an extremely powerful course, brilliantly designed and delivered, and very effective, at least in my experience.

What do you know about the "assembly point" mentioned in the book by Carlos Castenadas THE FIRE WITHIN? It is apparently the point where vibrations inside of the personal aura and outside the aura line up to create the "assembled reality" that we experience as our world and sensory and extra sensory experiences.
This assembly point apparently is fixed while we are awake but moves when we are asleep to different points on the aura.
The movement can also occur consciously and lead to altered states of awareness, shapeshifting, and transportation to other parallel worlds.

Do we really need sleep? As we continue to increase our awareness, are there methods to give our bodies rest in a more efficient manner than the paradigm requirement of 8 hours of rest nightly? It seems like an excessive consumption of our perceived lifespan.
