I am not an expert in this I am a student .I can tell that when I have a problem and I try to solve and nothing helps me in this , I know that ,somewhere ,is about a bad habbit .Because hypnosis helps to shift bad habbit , old programs .But have to work on a specific subject , problem .What you want to solve , to shift , to relese fear , to quit smoking ,to have unlimited confidence , charisma ...and so on .
