I am not an expert in this I am a student .I can tell that when I have a problem and I try to solve and nothing helps me in this , I know that ,somewhere ,is about a bad habbit .Because hypnosis helps to shift bad habbit , old programs .But have to work on a specific subject , problem .What you want to solve , to shift , to relese fear , to quit smoking ,to have unlimited confidence , charisma ...and so on . A person under hypnosis usually does not have complete control over their mental faculties while a remote viewer does. As far as astral projection, didn't Gerald O'Donnell or Paul Smith already say that it's not the same as RV? An out of body experience is not the same as tapping into the matrix.
