This captivating and mysterious true story reveals that Sony created a paranormal research group in the 1990’s that proved remote viewing works.

Approved by the Co-Founder of Sony, Masara Ibuka, the ESPER (Extrasensory Perception and Excitation Research) was created initially to carry out a scientific study to find biological evidence that qi (as in qi gong) was real. It then branched out into other paranormal experiements such as remote viewng.

The former ESPER Director, Yochiro Sako, explained in both scientific conferences and esteemed sources such as Wired Magazine and Asian newspapers such as the South China Morning Post, that their scientific studies proved to a 97.1% degree pure evidence that remote viewing works.

And what of Sony’s “proof” that ESP is real? Details have emerged on two allegedly conclusive experiments that Sako’s laboratory performed. One was a test of the remote-viewing type. Sako says that he would draw pictures or write words on a small square of paper, which he folded and tightly crumpled up. Then he would let test subjects make physical contact with the wadded paper, either placing it between their fingers or, bizarrely, sticking it into their ear. The subjects concentrated and drew or wrote down what they believed they could “see” on the concealed paper.

Over the course of 35 trials, Sako claims that the rate of “recognition” was an unbelievable 97.1 percent. The definition of the term “recognition” in the test is not certain, but there was apparently some degree of allowance for drawings that were judged as “close” to matching the target. Sako describes 18 of the test responses as perfect matches, some of which can be seen in the chart on this page.

Although ESPER “closed down” in 1998, a year after Masara Ibuka’s death, it remains to be seen whether Sony would really, truly reveal the entire truth to their now not so secret paranormal experiement research group. “A new holidays’ season is upon us. On this day it is customary in the United States to thank the

Almighty One at the close of a year’s harvest for all the blessings that He has bestowed upon us, which are far greater than the inconveniences. It is a thanks giving day.

I do find this to be a beautiful tradition which we should strive to uphold every single day of our lives, for in truth, freely bestowed gifts are always the greatest portion of our yearly harvest.

As of myself and the academy I want to offer thanksgiving for having you as my friends and hope that the seed we humbly offer germinates into a beautiful season and harvest of happiness, love, and beautiful manifestations.

I think that it would be appropriate here to once again share this series of three very powerful exercises which I know most of us should make an integral part of our daily lives for their effects are far reaching as they dissolve many old preprogrammed patterns of thoughts. They truly should allow you to reach the point where every day is but a Thanksgiving day that bathes you in warm feelings of connectedness, gratitude and happiness. In the upcoming times of very positive changes for humanity which may seem at first quite unsettling and difficult to many, this way at focusing and seeing only the miraculous and beautiful in life will surprise you with its transformational power and allow you to navigate the events ahead.

Awareness Exercises to help you “surf” and stay smiling through the end of one era of time and the beginning of a new one.

The next three exercises are intended to be done at home on a daily and ongoing basis. They will open up a new level of awareness and prepare you for advanced personal and spiritual development.

Exercise 1: A New Way of Being

This first exercise is a pleasurable and powerful life-changing tool. The effects of daily stress associated with materialistic obsession (and its by-products: anxiety, isolation, frustration, fear, anger and depression) can be dissolved by this technique. It is at the same time simple and very profound. It increases greatly the vibratory rate of your non-physical Higher Self. Its premise is “smile at the world and the world will smile back at you.”

As you go about your daily activities, from the moment you get up in the morning up to the the time that you go back to sleep, constantly imagine that you are smiling inwardly at your outer reality as you go about your daily activities. Imagine that you are smiling from the deeper recesses of your mind, originating from within your heart area, and that you are projecting that happiness and smile outward through your eyes and expression. No matter what the circumstances are. You will find increasingly that your eyes will be smiling and so will your mouth, that will often curl up to a slight smile.

At the same time imagine that your heart constantly expresses a great inward smile filled with pure joy of being alive, no matter what.

After 2 weeks or so, you will notice an incredible amount of changes, not only in the way you interact with the ‘outside’ world, but also in how the ‘world’ acts and projects reality toward you. Your fears will begin to abate and an inner feeling of peace and love will emerge. Notice how people seek your presence and ‘Inner Love.’

Exercise 2: The Witness

Set aside 5 minutes at first (keep increasing by 2–3 minutes every other day until you reach 20 minutes) and close your eyes. Turn your attention inward and, from being a ‘thinking’ human being, start viewing your thoughts as an independent observer in a detached remote manner, as if your thoughts were ‘things’ or a spectacle to watch. Watch the train of your thoughts and images, the succession of often unrelated thoughts that appear to you. Don’t analyze anything.

Learn to switch from the perception of being ‘in’ your thoughts to withdrawing from them and becoming the detached totally passive observer of them. Get the feeling for the mental shift that occurs when doing so. Go within the thoughts and then withdraw to a more detached level. After a while of repeating this exercise you will notice that your thoughts become more isolated and that your inner mind starts taking a break.

Now, here is the next part of the exercise. As you watch your train of thought (images or just concepts), pick up one particular thought that you find interesting and “plunge into it” with full concentration. Remain focused on that thought to the exclusion of others for as long as possible. If other thoughts interfere, do not push them away, but watch them pass by as if they were foreign ‘things’ in your consciousness. At first you might only be able to do this for maybe 1 minute or less. Slowly increase it up to 7 minutes.

The last part of the exercise consists of blanking your thoughts out. This is done by deciding to concentrate on perceptually dark nothingness. If a thought comes in, imagine throwing white light on it. Imagine that the light dissolves that thought and that the screen then goes back to nothingness. Try to maintain that state up to 5 minutes. Start with 1–2 minutes.

Exercise 3: The Movies

This exercise is the “going in and out of movies” exercise. All you need to do is to choose a good suspenseful motion picture and go watch it, preferably on a big screen. Try it also with hilarious comedies.

First, allow yourself to get immersed in the captivating story. As you forget about your identity and start becoming ‘within’ the plot of the scene, suddenly withdraw your awareness from the big screen (you may for the first time want to look a bit around you in the dark in order to remember ‘who you are’) and become the observer of reality again. Slowly reconnect to the plot, but this time, allow yourself to remain with the awareness of being yourself watching, as a spectator (observer), the reality projected in the movie. Keep this dual awareness for a moment and then let go and plunge within the movie action, forgetting your real inner self again. And then repeat the exercise over and over.

Keep on doing this mental withdrawal and then plunging in again, until you get to know intimately the feeling of withdrawing from ‘reality’ (aware of inner self) and diving back in it (aware of outer reality). Easy isn’t it? This simple exercise is very powerful.

As you get the knack of it try the same system as you go about your daily life. Use the same “mental trick” when engaged in your daily activities, especially the very ones that captivate you and are often associated with fear and stress. Soon, you will become aware at all times of being the ‘observer’ (inner self) observing the observed (reality and outer self) and become quite detached about it, enjoying your ‘movie’ in a much more relaxed and calm atmosphere.

Can a new TV series help improve communication, education, acclimation and understanding about unusual phenomena?

The development team working on the proposed TV show hopes so.

The series, tentatively titled “Joint Recon Study Group,” follows a small, special research and operations team of military officers and civilians as they investigate emerging anomalous and “transcendent” developments.

Executive producer Joseph McMoneagle is determined to make sure the TV series project is accurate regarding a wide range of military, intelligence and paranormal elements.

McMoneagle, a retired U.S. Army intelligence warrant officer, was “Remote Viewer #001″ of the military intelligence Project STARGATE that researched and implemented a specific ESP protocol called “remote viewing” in support of numerous Department of Defense and national intelligence agencies for twenty years.

His previous scriptwriting experience on USA Network’s “The Dead Zone” and his membership in the Writer’s Guild of America-East (WGA-E) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) will also be helpful, the project development team says.

Joe says, “Few realize the extent to which the government will go to use paranormal abilities in solving problems with critical national implications. We want to demonstrate this reality in authentic settings.”
Producer C.F. York noted that “Joe will bring a real-world feel to the new series so that viewers can see how anomalous phenomena sometimes interact with current military and intelligence applications.”

SMALL SCREEN AND EMERGING PHENOMENA

The TV series is based on the two novels and screenplay by executive producer Steve Hammons.

The novels, MISSION INTO LIGHT and the sequel LIGHT’S HAND, followed the women and men of the Joint Recon Study Group and their involvement in subjects like ESP and remote viewing, government dolphin research, DNA genetics mysteries, UFOs, crop circles, ancient human cultures, American Indian legends and prophecies, strange discoveries in modern physics and other phenomena as they currently exist on the cutting edge of reality.

The show’s science advisor is Harold E. (“Hal”) Puthoff, a respected theoretical and experimental physicist. Puthoff, a former Navy intelligence officer, is president and CEO of the Austin, Texas, research firm EarthTech International, Inc.

Puthoff has pointed out that, “The interesting developments going on in physics lately have brought us to where science fact is outstripping science fiction. Wormholes and warp drives, quantum entanglement and teleportation, multidimensional universes – these are now standard fare in mainstream science journals.”

“Based on this, phenomena that would have seemed outrageous even just a decade or two ago cannot now be rejected out of hand without careful scrutiny. The playing field of reality has expanded,” Puthoff stated.

Producer York said, “Having people like Joe McMoneagle and Hal Puthoff involved in the development of the series helps to place the show in a context of realism that many episodic shows dealing with anomolous phenomena often lack.”

COMMUNICATING WITH AUDIENCES

Leading edge discoveries about subjects like time travel, ESP, teleportation, UFOs and similar amazing ideas are now being seriously investigated by scientific researchers. And, millions of people of all ages around the world are very interested in these kinds of topics, say the show’s developers.

As a result, they will reach out to a demographically wide audience of TV viewers who may not be interested in science fiction, but will be fascinated by “science fact” and the characters portrayed within the series.

The show is planned to be an exciting and thought-provoking adventure for viewers of many ages, backgrounds and interests.

“We feel it is important to strike a balance between challenging the audience with story questions while at the same time avoiding audience frustration which can sometimes set in when questions outweigh answers,” York pointed out. “It is important to give the audience a payoff when they are tuned in to the stories you are telling.”

York also said, “One challenge for any contemporary series is to balance the more episodic oriented shows with those shows dealing with a longer term plot arc. We want to satisfy both types of viewers and sometimes that is difficult to do.”

“However, by focusing on longer term plot elements that viewers are aware of in the real world, it becomes much easier to tune in to an individual episode and understand what is going on, despite the fact it may be a longer term plot arc,” York explained.

York added, “We envision a series that includes elements of several very successful programs, yet is a distinctly new concept in the way these ideas are brought together.”

“The series concept combines an exciting synergy involving U.S. military and intelligence people, who show themselves to be very human, with emerging and mysterious phenomena that fascinate millions of people around the world,” according to producer Robert M. Caruso.

These characters are dedicated to getting answers and understanding unusual things going on. They meet adversaries who don’t want them to succeed and pose dangerous threats,” said Caruso.

The show’s development team is currently working on the concept, storylines, character development and related materials.

When the development phase of the project is completed, planned to be by end of summer, the show developers will begin approaching TV networks and others about the series.

Psychics take over at Seven

Do we live in a world where psychics can solve crimes, investigate Australia’s greatest mysteries and diagnose illness by mere touch?

Well Channel Seven clearly thinks we do. Enter its latest offering The One a show where seven of Australia’s most switched on mystics will use their paranormal skills to compete to be named Australia’s greatest psychic.

But the challenges they will face won’t be easy.

One of the tests involves a young boy ‘lost’ in the bush. The competitors will have to use their abilities to home-in of his location.

Another will involve the psychics trying to find a single piece of contraband in one of 70 shipping containers.

A third will see them taken to a gaol in Melbourne to find the bones of Ned Kelly.

As you’d expect the competitors are a mixed bunch.

There’s a 44-year-old pagan Witch, Rayleen who regularly uses her gifts to help police, and Jason a 37-year-old maths genius with an IQ of 160 who abandoned his medical degree to study philosophy after a near-death experience.

But the contestants aren’t going to get an easy ride. One of the two judges who will decide who goes each week will be Richard Saunders a lifelong paranormal myth-buster and former President of ‘Australian Skeptics’.

Joining Saunders as a judge is Witch Stacey DeMarco. While the judges will decide who goes week to week – the public will decide by phone voting who is ‘The One’ of the last two contestants.

During the show the psychics will display a range of skills from Clairvoyance to Psychometry or object reading, from Remote Viewing to Mediumship (speaking to the dead). Telepathy and Fortune Telling will also feature.

Brothers investigate paranormal occurrences in documentaries

If it’s spooky, psychic, or comes from another planet, Belleville’s Gray brothers are interested.

Adam and Andrew Gray run Graymatters Video Productions. They’ve just received the green light to create four documentaries for Vision TV.

All delve into the unexplained: psychic spying, a famous alien abduction and the legend surrounding Mayan crystal skulls.

“It’s pretty exciting,” said Adam Gray. “The coolest thing is making your living coming up with ideas to do weird things.“

“Plus we get to go to Vegas,” Drew added.

Last March, their first original broadcast program, a documentary called The Nightmare, aired on Vision TV. It’s to air again on Space: The Imagination Station, which also funded its production.

The one-hour program investigated a phenomenon called sleep paralysis, a controversial condition experienced by Adam and one which has many mythological and spiritual interpretations worldwide.

Joan Jenkinson, Vision TV’s director of independent production, soon expressed interest in a half-hour version of The Nightmare. It and the three new films must be completed by Dec. 1.

Jenkinson said the new pitches were a “perfect fit” for her 13– episode series, which has a working title of “Do You Believe?“

“It was a no-brainer,” said Jenkinson, praising the brothers’ approach.

“They’re a delight. They’re very professional in their attitude, but more than that, they have very creative minds,” she said. “They know how to tell a story. It’s a great relationship.“

The globe-trotting shows will have an element of adventure and, while it sounds like fun, the brothers are preparing for some very intense work.

“It’s incredibly stressful putting these pitches together,” said Drew, noting they’ll be interviewing at least 25 people in several countries in August and September. Most of the work will be done by the brothers alone.

“In order to make a go of it we pretty much have to do everything,” Drew said.

But they will have some help, all of it with a local connection.

Adam’s brother-in-law, Rob Spence of Belleville, created the film Let’s All Hate Toronto and worked on The Nightmare. He rejoins the brothers as director of photography. Cousin Sean Fritz produced The Nightmare’s sound-track and is also returning.

Film producer Paul Stephens is based in the Greater Toronto Area but owns property north of Belleville. Another Nightmare crew member, he said he’s glad to be involved in another Graymatters project.

“They remind me of myself when I was younger,” Stephens said with a chuckle. “They’ve got real talent.

“I do mostly feature films, so to do a documentary is really refreshing,” he said. “I’m hoping these new three will lead to new frontiers for us.“

Each of the programs deals with vastly different — and unusual — material.

Despite its timing, the Grays’ show 13 skulls wasn’t inspired by the current hit film Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

“We can’t get Harrison Ford. We’ll use the Gray brothers,” joked Jenkinson.

Adam said he’s long been interested in the story of the life-size quartz skulls which during the 19th Century were found in Central American ruins.

Legends say Mayan priests — who it’s believed did not even have the tools to craft such perfect objects — used the skulls to heal, talk to spirits and kill. At least one culture continues to worship them.

“It’s a crazy story, one that’s very hard to believe,” said Drew. “But it’s a mystery that can’t really be solved. There are other theories they were created by a higher intelligence.“

“And the most popular theory is that they’re all faked — which is still an interesting story,” added Adam.

The film will follow archaeologist Joel Palka as he treks to ruined Mayan cities, trying to uncover if the skulls are indeed Mayan or an elaborate hoax.

Psychic Spies, meanwhile, features science writer Jeff Warren and his exploration of clairvoyance, the ability to see things at a distance. Remote viewing was even studied by the United States government in a secret project known as Stargate, an attempt to match Cold War Soviet efforts to use psychics as spies.

Warren will watch psychics at work and try to learn the skill himself through a course in Las Vegas. Skeptic James “Amazing” Randi will try to debunk the practice by using trickery to duplicate remote viewing.

In Alien Memory Syndrome, the brothers take on the 1961 case of Betty and Barney Hill. Drew said it is has all the elements of a classic alien abduction.

“They’re in a car; a white light’s following them; it stops them on the road — all the imagery we’ve seen a thousand times.“

The Hills’ niece, Kathleen Marden, will serve as investigator. She’s spent 15 years researching it. Drew said it’s “one of the more authentic accounts” because there is physical evidence that something strange happened to the couple.

The series will air in January, though airdates for specific episodes are not yet known.
