Hey folks,

On the 15th, George Noory of Coast-to-Coast AM will be interviewing Pediatrician and neuroscientist Dr. Melvin Morse about how his remote viewing training is revealing exciting new data on things like Mind-Body Healing, a unified theory of consciousness, and paranormal powers.

Morse is best know for working with kids who've had near death experiences (NDE) and how this has helped them cope with 'reality' a lot better than their non-NDE peers.

I tried to look up some more info on how Morse is connecting the two, but I guess I'll have to wait for the interview. In the mean time, I found this vid where Dr. Morse gives a live, controlled remote viewing session. It's not connected to healing, but his accuracy is pretty impressive - check it out!

Any of you going to take them up on their research offer? Leave a comment and let me know.

Just found this site on different ways to use crystals and gemstones. Pretty interesting stuff - especially the section on how to use crystals to super-charge your remote viewing sessions. The piece is from scribd.com and I'm reprinting the whole section below for your convenience.

Remote Viewing with Crystals

Remote viewing allows the practitioner to travel through time and space, through the past and the future and through any location through the globe to gather information, without leaving their current location. How is this possible you might ask? All of the viewing is possible through the mind, where the person is able to use information to predict the future, create a glimpse into the past and even to learn about the past lives that the person may have experienced.

How is remote viewing possible?

As humans, we only use a small portion of the brain through our day to day activities. Many people have learned the techniques that are required to tune into the powerful parts of the brain that have a wide range of opportunity to develop and see the future, connecting with the physical and spiritual realm simultaneously.

Using the connection between the spiritual and physical realm, you can learn to develop the tools that are required to gain the skills associated with remote viewing. The connections can enable you to transform the mind into a vessel that is able to access this information, increasing the knowledge and the ability to look into the future or into the past to access information.

What types of crystals can be used for remote viewing?

Using crystals to enhance the skills that are require for remote viewing is an effective way to be able to view more, enhance the strength in which the visions are seen and even a great way to develop the remote viewing skills for beginners.

Third eye crystals

that have the ability to increase the openness of the mind or increase the potential psychic powers that can be developed are some of the most effective way to be able to create the images and pictures that can be seen through the remote viewing process.

Specific crystals that can be an effective way to increase the powers that are associated with remote viewing include: hematite, carnelian, sodalite and amethyst. The high frequencies and vibrations in these crystals can help to open the channels of the mind between the physical and spiritual plane.

How can you use these crystals for remote viewing?

It is important to ensure that the crystals have been programmed correctly to enhance the remote viewing skills that are developed.First, using the right types of crystals and second, ensuring that they have been cleansed and activated for the purposes of remote viewing can be the most effective way to ensure that the results are going to be heightened and the skills required are going to be enhanced.

Cleansing and activating the crystals with the most potent technology can assure the best results for the person that is trying to enhance or develop their experience with remote viewing. Isochronic cleansing method are the latest and most potent technique that has been developed to both cleanse and activate the crystals. Using frequencies that are exposed to the crystals through the use of pure tones the vibrations that can affect the potency of the crystals can be removed and therefore increase the effectiveness of the viewings that are taking place by the practitioner.

Using crystals through the sessions can help to increase the ease of the viewings that are seen as well as increasing the instances that the remote viewings can take place.

Have you ever used crystals for remote viewing? After reading this do you think you'll give it a try? Leave a comment and let me know.

Talk soon,

Michael

I just came across a really clear outline of your first five steps for remote view targeting a specific structure. Just the way master musicians have to practice their scales every day, so too, do remote viewers need to 'review the basics.' With this in mind, I'm republishing the steps her in full for you for your convenience. They come from eHow.com.

How to Target Remote Viewing Structures

By Chad Stetson

During the 1980s the American government started conducting experiments on the art of remote viewing --- the practice of learning information about an object or place by using extra-sensory perception. The government spent $20 million on the project, but later terminated the program according to a 1995 Time magazine article. Many people practice remote viewing to gain details of specific objects or people, called structures. Anybody can practice remote viewing, as long as you keep an open mind and keeps practicing.

1. Find a quiet location.

Find a location where you can be completely alone. Crystalinks.com, a metaphysics and paranormal website, notes that it is crucial that you are not distracted by outside noise during your remote viewing. Remote viewing requires deep concentration; it is therefore imperative that you choose a position that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can either sit or lie down, whichever you prefer.

2. Relax your body.

Take a deep breathe in through your nose, hold it, and then exhale through your mouth. Continue to do this in a slow rhythmic way. Feel the air coming into your nose and vitalizing your whole body. Imagine that the air you breathe is rejuvenating your body and is then exhaling the impurities. Imagine that the air is cleansing your entire body of all stress and anxiety leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation. Continue doing this for five to 10 minutes.

3. Empty your mind.

As your physical body continues to relax, thoughts and feelings will clutter your mind. Push all thoughts away and concentrate on making your mind completely empty and void. As thoughts come in, don't get frustrated; simply dismiss them and continue to clear your mind.

4. Choose a structure.

Think solely about the structure and nothing else. The structure can be anything tangible: a person, place or thing. While you think about the structure, don't let your conscious mind fill in any details; let your subconscious do all the work. As you continue to concentrate on the structure, certain thoughts and feelings will rise from your subconscious mind. Carefully note these. Pay attention to specific details like color, shape, taste, smell and size. Keep collecting details about the structure until you feel that you have enough information.

5. Write down your observations.

Open your eyes and pick up your notebook. Immediately record everything that you saw, felt and thought. Write down absolutely everything that came to mind and start analyzing your data. If you can, try to sketch parts of the structure. The idea is to use the data that you received to find real information about the structure. When you're finished, check your accuracy. Physically visit your structure to see if you were correct. The more you practice, the more accurate your remote viewing will be.

Do you have some variations on these steps? leave me a comment and let me know.

Talk soon,
Michael

The only way to really know if you've got some ability for remote viewing is to give it a try. the site greaterreality.com offers a test, but you can also try it on your own. There are three basic steps: emptying your mind, keep your imagination quiet and view targets. When you're ready to view, use the concept of a black board or black window in your mind to stare at. This will help you keep your mind more blank and also serves as a space on which to 'place' the impressions you receive. Ready to give it a try? Then have a look at the article below, republished from greaterreality.com here for your convenience.

Testing Your Remote Viewing Ability

The only way to test whether you can remote view is to remote view. Follow the instructions below. If you are able to sense, know, or see the targets with some consistency, then you have remote viewing ability.

Step 1: Make Your Mind an Empty Rice Bowl

The first step in this testing process is for you to learn how to make your mind into an empty rice bowl. That means you need to empty your mind of as much of the thoughts, images, and awarenesses that are normally part of your consciousness as you possibly can. Of course, you cannot completely empty your mind. You hear yourself breathing; your boss's image flits before you; you hear a dog barking. If you practice this over several weeks or months, you will become very good at it. That is a large part of what makes up meditation.

For now, just relax, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and empty your mind. Do so now for five minutes before going on. You will have a black window in your mind into which you can gaze. It is the window to your remote viewing.

Step 2: Learn to Keep Your Imagination Quiet

Your imagination will try to put images into that black window. You've been doing that all of your life, when you daydream, solve problems, or plan things. It will be difficult to keep the imagination from showing you images when you make your mind into an empty rice bowl. Imagination wants to fill it with strawberries and cream or imagination soup.

More than anything, be aware of the images the imagination is putting into your mind. If you see an image of your aunt, she likely is not the remote viewing target, so toss her out.

Also, very vivid images are probably imagination, not remote viewing, because remote viewed images are blurred and indistinct, especially at first. If you can identify the image, then it likely is not from remote viewing the target. In remote viewing, you will see indistinct images, shapes, and colors, but they will usually not look like something identifiable. Relax and empty your mind if something clearly identifiable comes into it.

When you do receive remote viewing signals, avoid trying to identify something or letting your imagination fill in the blanks to make something identifiable out of the impressions you have. If you can identify it, then your imagination has created it. When the imagination puts an image into your window, quiet your mind and empty your rice bowl. Make your window black.

Practice that for five minutes now. Relax, close your eyes, and empty your mind. As imagined images come into your mind, quiet your mind and empty the window so it is black.

Step 3: Remote View the Targets

You will be presented the target identifiers one at a time. [or have someone create targets identifiers for you]. Each is associated with a photograph that is very distinctive. Close your eyes, relax, empty your mind, and look at the blackboard in your mind. Say the target identifier to yourself or see it writing on the blackboard. Then sit quietly and wait for visual details, color, temperature, touch, texture, and emotional sense.

After you get impressions, open your eyes and sketch the images or write the impressions. Write only the details; don't try to decide what the target is. Put a line below the impressions when you're done to separate them from the next set of impressions. Then close your eyes again, relax, make your mind an empty rice bowl, and say the letters of the target identifier in your mind. Wait for more impressions; then open your eyes and record them. You might do that eight or ten times for a single target.

There are ten targets in the test. View at least five of them. You may get correct information from only one or two because you are not trained in remote viewing yet. Don't give up on the first one.

I've got a few answers for you today to some common and not-so-common remote viewing questions. Have a look and let me know if you've got other questions you want answered.

When does ESP become Remote Viewing?

Any ESP skills become classified under the heading of 'remote viewing' as soon as you start using those skills to gather information on people, places or things that are literally, 'remote' or at a distance from your physical location. The term was first defined in 1974 by parapsychologists Harold Puthoff and Russell Targ.

As a part of the umbrella term ESP, remote viewing lets you experience a much more vast and greater reality. The difference between remote viewing and some other ESP skills is that it can be learned by anyone and doesn't require special psychic gifts or sensitivities.

Remote viewers are those who've practiced the skills and techniques sufficiently to be able to get consistent and reliable results, regardless of the target subject, object or location they are viewing.

The Basics for Successful Remote Viewing

Here are some of the key requirements for any remote viewer.

Closed eyes. In order to remove visual distraction, remote viewing is conducted with closed eyes.

Cleared mind. There are numerous exercises you can use to clear your mind. The important thing is to be able to release distractive mental chatter, noise or other stimuli that will keep your mind busy with many thoughts.

Intense focus. A remote view sharpens and hones in on their target by maintaining a steady mental focus in its direction. This could be a geographic location, a set of coordinates, an object or a person.

The Process

There's a standard format or process for successful remote viewing. There's also a few things that you may or may not experience.

Noises will fade. They may be noises inside your mind or around you, but as you remain mentally relaxed and focused, the noise will fade away.

The black window. Many people employ a black window as a mental aid to begin the remote viewing process. They see before them a black window or 'viewing window.' If you use this technique, keep your eyes focused on it until images begin to appear.

Don't be fooled. The difference between actual remote views and your imagination are as follows: an actual viewing will usually appear somewhat blurred, colorful or unclear at first, while images of people you know or your familiar surroundings are usually not. With the latter, just intentionally remove them from the window and continue your focus.

Don't relate. If you feel like you can put yourself in the picture or otherwise identify with what you're seeing, it's most likely coming from your imagination and not a true viewing.

Look for your 'target identifiers.' These are details like color, temperature , texture, visual details and even feelings that seem to come to you from the outside.

Speak. When you see target identifiers, speak them out loud.

There are are a number of different methods for successful remote viewing. Most people agree that the ability to remote view is natural in humans. We're all born with this capacity, yet few of us ever develop it. This is why for some, remote viewing appears to be a kind of super power. But what experimenters have found is that, by employing specific methods, anyone can learn to remote view.

Keeping this in mind, it's true that some remote viewers seem to be better at it than others. So far in my research, I haven't come across many arguments about why this is. It's my thought that, even though remote viewing is something anyone can learn, not everyone will be great at it. It's kind of like basketball, dancing, or underwater basket weaving, for that matter - we might all be able to learn these things, but that doesn't mean we'll be any good at it.

So with this in mind, let's have a quick look at the two primary methods for learning how to remote view.

Extended Remote Viewing (ERV)

With extended remote viewing, the remote viewer works with a partner. They lay down in a dimmed or darkened room, and then use some method to shift their mind into the theta state. From here, they begin to view their target and tell their partner what they're seeing. The partner is responsible for jotting things down. The partner may also ask questions. After the ERV session is over, the viewer is given paper and pencil to write down anything missed during the session.

Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV)

It was Ingo Swann who put together a set of specific steps for effective, CRV. These steps, or methods have to do with sketching and writing down information following strict protocols. The viewer is in a fully alert state during CRV, and conducts the sketching/writing on his or her own. CRV goes through six specific stages, each one built upon the one before it. This staging system was designed to expand the scope or view of what's being seen from narrow and specific to the widest possible picture a viewer can see.

Have you used one of these two methods in your remote viewing practice? If you have - and especially if you've used both - leave me a comment and tell me about your experiences. Which do you prefer? What's your success rate with one or the other?

Talk soon,

Hey guys,

I just found this great feedback from a practitioner of the techniques prescribed in Gerald O’Donnell’s courses. If you are keen to enter your subconscious mind and discover its inner power, this article is written for you! Go ahead and don't hesitate to share your thoughts with me

Gerald O’Donnell and Thoughts on Reality

I am currently attending a weekly study group focused on Remote Viewing/Remote Influencing. We are practicing the techniques prescribed in Gerald O’Donnell’s courses, although there are many other RV/RI teachers. I particularly enjoy O’Donnell because he incorporates a great deal of metaphysics in his training.

This Wednesday, our group will open by discussing some of the more “controversial” aspects of what O’Donnell espouses about reality. I understand this subject could be very far-reaching for some…especially for anyone who hasn’t yet found the courage to venture outside of what religions have taught about creation. However, I applaud those willing to at least momentarily entertain these ideas to see if some part of what is discovered might resonate with a new understanding of mankind’s role in this experience of being human. If we are to advance, we must be willing to become pioneers of new thoughts…in other words, we are going to have to step out of the box into uncharted territory to see if we’ve missed something. Unfortunately, a vast majority of the population seems perfectly content with “status quo,” and in this complacency, they unwittingly contribute to the demise of our universe.

Hey guys,

Do you remember Star Gate? It was one of a number of remote viewing programs conducted by CIA to experiment and evaluate controlled remote viewing as an intelligence tool. Lyn Buchanan was one of the controlled remote viewers for Star Gate and was the unit's trainer for almost eight years. I have just finished to read this article where he talks about his incredible experience as a controlled remote viewer the US army. Pretty cool insights

Controlled Remote Viewing in Iraq:

The Secret Weapon the U.S. Abandoned

By Lyn Buchanan

The United States is once again trying to take down Saddam Hussein. But this time we are fighting without one of the secret weapons we had during the 1991 Gulf War, and the U.S. is having more difficulty now. It may have been a mistake to leave that secret weapon behind.

That secret weapon was an elite, covert, and specially trained unit code-named "Star Gate." It was a totally "black project"-- that is, the American public was not allowed to know it even existed. In fact, only a handful of people within the highest levels of government knew of its existence.

This Star Gate unit was trained in a science called "controlled remote viewing," the psychic ability to perceive thoughts and experiences through the power of the human mind. Controlled remote viewing is a highly organized science, researched and developed during the 1970s at Stanford Research Institute in California under the strictest secrecy and covert government funding. The unit was disbanded in 1994 due to post-Cold War military cutbacks.

I was one of the controlled remote viewers for Star Gate and was the unit's trainer for almost eight years.
