Remote Viewers

Hi there,

The following page contains a list of scientists and experts who have helped developed the field of remote viewing into the powerful tool it has become today.

Go ahead, read, scroll down, and educate yourself about them.

Hope you find it all informative.

Ingo Swan

Ingo Swann

Ingo Swann, gifted parapsychology researcher, author, and artist, is the originator of the Coordinate (now called Controlled) Remote Viewing protocols (CRV). Ingo swann worked with Hal Puthoff and Russel Targ at SRI for a number of years, firstly in experimental projects trying to define psi then in later years under subscontract through SRI to the U.S. Military for the training methods of CRV (Controlled Remote Viewing).

Hal Puthoff

Hal PuthoffDr. Harold E. Puthoff is Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies at Austin. A theoretical and experimental physicist specializing in fundamental electrodynamics, his research ranges from theoretical studies of quantum vacuum states as they apply to the stability of matter, gravitation, cosmology and energy research, to laboratory studies of innovative approaches to energy generation.

A graduate of Stanford University in 1967, he has published over 40 technical papers in the areas of electron-beam devices, lasers and quantum zero-point-energy effects, has patents issued and pending in the laser, communications, and energy fields, is co-author of a textbook Fundamentals of Quantum Electronics (Wiley, 1969), co-author of Mind-Reach (Delacorte, 1977), and co-editor of Mind at Large (Praeger, 1979).

Russell Targ

Russell TargRussell Targ PRESENT POSITION (since 1986) Senior Staff Scientist, Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space. Senior engineering position in electro optics, with project management and over-all technical responsibility for marketing, advanced research, development, and flight test of airborne CO2 and solid-state 2-µm coherent lidar systems for windshear detection, and launch-site test of a similar 1.06-µm system for the shuttle at Kennedy Space Center.

WORK EXPERIENCE Partner, Delphi Associates: Research and applications in remote viewing for commercial clients. (1982-1985) Senior Research Physicist, Stanford Research Institute: Co-founder and program management, research and applications in remote viewing for U.S. Government clients.

Invitations were accepted in 1983 and 1984 to address the U.S.S.R. Academy of Sciences on recent developments in remote viewing research.

Ed Dames

The world's foremost remote viewing teacher, and creator of Technical Remote Viewing, Major Edward A. Dames, U.S. Army (ret.), is a decorated military intelligence officer and an original member of the U.S. Army prototype remote viewing training program. He served as both training and operations officer for the U.S. government's TOP SECRET psychic espionage unit.

Gerald O'Donnell

Mr. Gerald O'Donnell holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics, a M.Sc. in computer Science, and an MBA. He is a certified Hypnotherapist. He was, amongst other activities in various fields, once considered one of the world's 7 best top technical commodities experts (independent advisor: C.T.A.) by Paine Webber and Bache Co..

He was approached in the 1980's by a Western European intelligence agency in order to join an ongoing program of mental Remote Viewing (sensing) of targeted locations.

Advanced remote sensing (remote intuition) techniques were taught to field operatives, anti-terrorist units and other intelligence and/or commando squads.

Gerald O'Donnell subsequently voluntary retired from the intelligence community and decided to teach similar techniques for the greatest benefit of all: The creation of better individual and global realities for all  of us and the possible avoidance of unpleasant ones.

David Morehouse

David Morehouse, remote viewing teacher

Dr. DAVID MOREHOUSE has had an extremely diverse life, which in the words of his superiors, essentially began with a notable military career.  He held a Regular Army commission in the United States Infantry and is a Distinguished Military Graduate, and a Dr. Ralph D. Mershon Award winner, designating him as the top cadet commissioned into the Regular Army in 1979, amongst 2,800 other potential candidates.

Joseph McMonegle

Joseph McMoneagle is currently a full time Research Associate with the Laboratories for Fundamental Research, Cognitive Sciences Laboratory, Palo Alto, California, where he has provided consulting support to research and development in remote viewing for 14 years. As a consultant to both SRI-International and Science Applications International Corporation, Inc., (1984–1995), he’s participated in protocol design, statistical information collection, R&D evaluations, as well as hundreds of remote viewing trials in support of experimental research and active intelligence operations for what is now known as Project STARGATE. He is well versed with developmental theory, methods of application, and current training technologies for remote viewing, as currently applied under strict laboratory controls and oversight.

Paul H Smith

Paul H. Smith

Paul H. Smith, Ph.D., 7-year veteran of Star Gate remote viewing program, offers training in Controlled Remote Viewing, and remote viewing related books

Stephan Schwartz

Writer, researcher, adventurer, and philosopher Stephan A. Schwartz is a hard person to categorize.

He seems to live in parallel worlds, following interests whose connections are often hard for others to understand but which seem clear to him.

He has written for The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Washington Star, Smithsonian Magazine, American Heritage, Omni, Harper

s, The Washingtonian, Venture Inward, and Intuition and has published more than 32 scientific papers in the areas of Remote Viewing, intuition, futurism, creativity, consciousness, therapeutic intent, history and philosophy of science, and geopolitical and strategic analysis.

Once a former editorial staffer of The National Geographic and the founding editor-in-chief of Subtle Energies, the journal of the International Society for Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine, Schwartz currently publishes the daily Schwartzreport, an analysis of trends that will affect the future.

Don't forget to mention Major Ed Dames, the only Operations and Training officer for this country's psi spy unit and has evolved the tool, including the sophisticated search engine for cuing the target.
